Flame cut profiling remains a current, cost efficient method of cutting ferrous metals. We are able to supply complex 'one off' profiles or batch quantities, all flame cut to a high degree of accuracy using the latest multi-head CNC profile cutting machines. Orders can be processed either from customers’ drawings or DXF files.

We carry extensive stocks of material in sizes
from 1mm to 250mm in the following grades:

BSEN 10025 S275 JR (43A)
BESN 10025 S355 J2 N (50D)
BS970 080A40 (EN8) (C45)

High Strength Steels - S690, RQT701
Abrasion resistant material - Hardox 450
Weathering steel - Corten A & B
